Booking Orlando Paradise

 

To reserve our Holiday Home, an initial reservation maybe made by telephone or email.

 

To secure your requested dates the booking form must be completed & returned along with your deposit. The booking will be held for 7 days from the initial inquiry.

 

The booking form requires full names of all guests. The lead name on the booking form must be over 21 years of age and will be responsible for the full cost of the rental and any amendment or cancellation charges.

 

The person who signs the Booking Form certifies that he/she is authorised to agree to the Rental Terms on behalf of all persons included on the Booking Form.

 

Confirmation of booking

 

When the completed booking form is received along with the deposit, full confirmation will be forwarded to you providing details of the payment schedule and dates. This will constitute our agreement.

 

Payment

Payment can be made by personal check (cheque) – allowing sufficient time for the funds to clear.

 

PayPal is also accepted, a 4% surcharge applicable to all PayPal transactions.

 

DEPOSIT - $200.00 or £100.00 per week / or part of.

 

BALANCE - 10 weeks prior to Arrival.

 

Security Deposit - Refundable security deposit against breakages - $400.00 or £200.00
(This will be returned following an inspection of the house by the management company)

 

Cancellation Charges

 

Cancellations must be made in writing or via email

 

Should the unforeseen happen and you have to cancel your booking after a full confirmation has been issued the following charges apply:-

 

All deposits are non-refundable.

 

Less than 8 weeks notice- Loss of 50% of the total booking cost

 

Less than 4 weeks notice- Loss of 100% of total booking cost

 

If through circumstances beyond our control it is necessary for us to cancel, we will refund any monies paid, without interest or further compensation.

 

Please ensure you have Travel Insurance to cover your losses if cancellation is due to an insured event beyond your control resulting in a financial loss.

 

We want our house to remain as clean and tidy for each and every visitor, so please respect our home and treat it with the care it deserves. 

 

Occupancy

 

To ensure comfort, security and peace of mind, our home is registered with the State Authorities and is in full compliance with all relevant legislation.

 

Due to State Fire Regulations under no circumstances may more than the maximum number of persons identified on the Booking Form occupy the property - Orlando Paradise is licensed for a maximum of 8 guests, and only persons listed on the booking form are allowed to reside in the property. Florida state law prohibits sub-letting, sharing and assigning. Anybody not listed on the booking form will be asked to leave by the management company; this will also forfeit your booking immediately.

 

The Air conditioning is preset to give maximum comfort for guests if you would like to adjust this please inform the management company who will carry this out for you as the system is locked to prevent tampering.

 

Services

 

We cannot accept any liability for a failure of services and public supplies e.g. Water, Electricity, Air Conditioning, Cable, Internet, Telephone, Spar Pool, and Clubhouse Facilities etc. Should any failure in these services occur we will endeavour to have the situation resolved ASAP.

 

Arrival & Departures

 

The rental commences at 4pm on the day of arrival and ceases at 10.30am on the day of departure.

 

(If arrival and/or departure times are outside these hours please advise us and we will make the necessary arrangements to accommodate this for you)

 

No Smoking Policy

 

This is a strictly non- smoking accommodation.

 

Utilities

 

Electricity and water are fully inclusive.

 

Use of Telephone

 

A telephone is available for your use in the home. Local calls are free of charge. International and long distance will require a pre - paid phone card.

 

Parking

 

A maximum of two vehicles are allowed per booking and vehicles must be parked on the driveway. Vehicles such as mobile houses, campers, commercial vehicles and trailers are prohibited at this resort; however this excludes utility vehicles, pickups and sports utilities of cargo capacity of one ton or less.

 

Security/Breakages Bond

 

The front door key must be left in its security box each time you leave the property. The loss of the door key will result in a charge of $250 from your security bond.

 

The client is held responsible for any damage or breakages that may be caused to the property its contents and also for any items in the inventory during your stay. All damage and faults caused or found at the home must be reported to our management company at the earliest opportunity

 

We check the inventory prior to your arrival and after your departure and will advise of any faults. These may include additional cleaning costs for spills, stains etc.

 

We retain the right to retain the security deposit (either in part or full) to cover breakages, damage or non-return of the keys. Receipts for repairs/replacements will be provided in the unlikely event that such retention of the security deposit is required.

 

We reserve the right to pursue a quest for recompense for any and all damages caused which may exceed the value of the security deposit within 14 days of being served notice of this.
Florida has a sub-tropical climate and care must be taken with food that is left uncovered. Apart from spoiling and contaminating food left uncovered can attract insects very quickly. Any added costs for pest control services incurred from lack of care in this may be passed to you.
Food and drink is NOT permitted in the spa/hot tub as this contravenes health and safety.

 

Liability

 

The owner or management company accept no liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, loss or damage to persons or personal effects however caused as a result of the use of the house or hot tub. It is the responsibility of an adult member of the party to insure that children are always properly supervised in and around the house, using the hot tub and the surrounding area.

 

The owners and their agents do not accept liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects however caused as a result of use of the pool, spa and house. 

 

It is your responsibility to ensure that children are always supervised properly in and around the pool and inside the house.

 

Disclaimer

 

The owners and their agents reserve the right of entry at any time. (Includes such workers as pool maintenance, gardeners etc.).

 

Whilst all information supplied on this website is deemed to be correct to the best of our knowledge, it is understood that the information supplied is for guidance purposes only.

 

Force Majeure

 

Neither the owner nor management company can be held responsible or be liable in any respect of loss, damage or changes caused by force majeure (e.g. strikes, floods, weather conditions, closure of airport or any other events beyond our control).

 

The owners or their agents cannot accept responsibility, be responsible or be liable in respect of damage or changes caused by Force Majeure, e.g. strikes, floods, closure of airports, weather conditions or other events beyond our control.

 

Complaints or Dissatisfaction

 

In the unlikely event of a complaint during your stay please contact the Management Company immediately. 

 

If the matter cannot be resolved, you should contact the owner, in writing, within 14 days of the end of the rental period. 

 

If the problem has not been reported, as requested to the Management Company the owner cannot accept any responsibility.
