Ours is one of the larger homes set in a unique gated community, and is a fully furnished luxurious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse. There are two master bedrooms with en-suite facilities, one being situated on the ground floor which is ideal for grand parents or persons with mobility problems.
Entry into the foyer, living room, dining room, kitchen and all bathrooms are fitted with luxurious designer tiles complementing the lavish furnishings in the property. All bedrooms, stairs and landing area are fitted with superior upgraded quality carpets.
 
The home is fully air-conditioned with a ceiling fan in every room, upstairs boasts a games room with a double futon, table football, TV, DVD, PS2 and various board games for family fun.
